PETTITT Valerie. Ivor, Fiona and David would like to express our grateful thanks to everyone who sent cards and letters, to those who attended the funeral of our beloved Valerie, as well as to those who gave donations to the Alzheimer's Society. Our particular thanks go to the excellent and compassionate support provided by Church View Surgery, Broadway, other NHS services, social workers and Care South, who all helped keep Valerie comfortable during her last few months.
