BRIGHT young things: The Artisans.
YOUNG performers The Artisans promise a vibrant medieval music experience in two Concerts in the West performances this week.
Vielle player Emily Askew, medieval harpist Hazel Askew, percussionist Sarah Stuart and singer Victoria Couper bring together a mixture of early musical styles.
They are at St Michael’s Shute, near Axminster on Thursday at 7.30pm. Tickets are £14 from 01297-33744.
The second concert is at Ilminster Arts Centre on Friday at 8pm. Tickets are again £14 – call 01460- 55783 to book.
