LEGENDARY guitarist Andy Fairweather Low, left, returns to The Barn at the Square & Compass near Ilminster on Friday night.
A complete sell-out earlier this year, he requested a return to the Windmill Hill venue as soon as possible.
Andy, one of the world’s most respected musicians rose to prominence in the 1960s as the front man and guitarist for chart topping teen idol band Amen Corner.
The group scored six memorable hits between 1967 and 1969, including (If Paradise Is) Half As Nice.
Andy was a regular player with George Harrison and on November 29, 2002, he performed at the Royal Albert Hall.
His current band is also a who’s who of the best players on the rock scene with bassist Dave Bronze, drummer Paul Beavis and saxophonist Nick Pentelow.
Tickets cost £20 in advance or £22 on the door – call 01823-480467 or visit www.squareandcompasspub.com
