THERE is speculation this morning that Yeovil Town goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall has rejected an initial offer of a new contract.

It has been rumoured among the Huish Park fans for some time now that Mildenhall, arguably one of the best keepers in League One, could be lining-up a move to Southampton, who only staved off relegation from the Championship on the final day of the season.

Yeovil are still trying to get other senior players - Marcus Stewart, Terry Skiverton and Matty Rose - to sign new contracts.

Both Stewart and Skiverton are currently in Cheltenham taking their PFA coaching badges.
