2:16pm Monday 31st December 2012 in News
COMBE St Nicholas Parish Council will be holding an extra meeting on Thursday, January 10, at 7.30pm in Combe village hall to discuss a controversial planning application.
The council will be looking at the plans put forward by Mactaggart & Mickel Homes Ltd to build 450 houses along with the relocation of Chard Town FC on land at Mount Hindrance Farm between Chard and Cuttiford’s Door.
Anyone wishing to speak at the public time in the meeting should register with the council clerk Anne Hunt on arrival.
The plans will be on display during the day of the meeting in the foyer of the village hall. The council has said that the hall can only cater for a maximum of 100 people.
