Moviola film club at Combe

THE Moviola film club will be showing the movie, Argo, starring Ben Affleck and John Goodman, at the village hall on Friday, February 15, at Combe St Nicholas.
The film starts at 7.30pm with doors opening at 7pm. Tickets are priced £5 in advance from Combe Village Shop or £5.50 on the door.
The plot centres around Tony Mendez (Affleck) who devises a daring ruse, posing as the producer of a fake Canadian movie project filming in Iran, to smuggle six American escaped hostages out of the country as members of his film crew.
And the film club have a treat in store for the next screening on Friday, March 22 – James Bond and Skyfall.
