Grant boost for village shop and cafe

CLLR Paul Maxwell, of Somerset County Council, has presented Seavington Store and Cafe with a grant of £1,100 from his community budget.
A spokesman for the store, run by a village committee, said: “We were delighted to receive this grant as it will greatly assist cafe improvements and enable planned cooking workshops to take place.”
