First meeting for new pain group in Horton

A SUPPORT group for people who suffer constant pain is being set up in South Somerset.

The group is the idea of pensioner David Dawson, from Taunton, who suffers from neuropathy.

He said: “The idea is for people living with constant pain, and their carers, to hear how others manage and get new ideas.”

The Somerset Persistent Pain Support Group’s first meeting is at Horton village hall on Thursday, March 7, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm with subsequent meetings on the first Thursday of every month.

For details call Mr Dawson on 01823-322683 or e-mail jim.phillips0@gmail.com
