Characters aplenty at Thorncombe for World Book Day
CHILDREN and staff at St Mary’s Primary School, Thorncombe, celebrated World Book Day by dressing up as their favourite book characters.
The school was awash with colourful costumes, and had the company of Cinderella, Dennis the Menace, Harry Potter, Moaning Myrtle, a number of James Bonds, Red Riding Hood and other well-known characters.
