BRAINY student Nick Darby, from Crewkerne, is celebrating after receiving an offer to read medicine at St John’s College in Cambridge.
Nick, who attends Richard Huish in Taunton, is among six high achievers from the college who have their sights set on Oxford or Cambridge for the next step in their education.
Acting principal John Abbott said: “We are extremely proud of what these students have achieved and are understandably proud of all of our students.
“Their success is down to their own hard work and the way Huish assists students to achieve beyond what they might expect.”
