On Day four Will heads for Taunton and the Castle Sports Centre and at the 1610 HQ at Hestercombe House before visiting centres in Bridgwater and at Highbridge.
The final leg of his journey on day five will take him from King Alfred’s Leisure Centre at Highbridge to centres at Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, Castle Cary and then finally arriving back at Stanchester Sports Centre in the afternoon.
He said: "I am obviously physically fit because of my age and job and I have taken part in endurance charity bike rides before so I know what to expect.
"I am just hoping for good weather and lots of support from local people who will sponsor me. I know my colleagues at 1610 will be cheering me on at the various centres on route to keep my spirits up and I hope to raise a lot of money for such a brilliant charity as Macmillan Cancer Support.”
