CHILDREN at Barrington Pre- School near Ilminster held a mock vote alongside the European Parliament Elections last week.
They had to choose between a cat and a rabbit, to coincide with pet week at the preschool, and they voted in secret.
The winner, by ten votes to three, was the rabbit.
Heather Taylor, from the preschool, said: “The children were all very excited about the voting and they were pleased with the outcome.”
