ARTS, crafts, strolling garage sales and talented musicians were just a taste of this year's Ilminster Midsummer Experience.
The event ran from Thursday to Sunday and organisers say it helped to bring thousands of people into the town.
Michael Fry-Foley said: “It was a wonderful weekend, the whole festival was very good and we were blessed with the weather.
“I thank the people of Ilminster and further afield for coming to support us and we are getting better every year and improving the way we do things.”
The winner of the I-MEX Factor talent competition was trio The Pugs and in the junior category, 16-year-old singer-songwriter Gabriel Swarbrick won with his song Never feel the same again.
There were also 30 houses providing a strolling garage sale around the town.
Mr Fry-Foley added: “This event raises the profile of Ilminster through the county and it is a celebration of Ilminster.”
