A CHRISTMAS Fair held by the Friends of Chard School raised more than £1,800.
There was a host of stalls including tombola, crafts and toys while children could have a go on the bucking bronco and the Frozen slide as well as meet Father Christmas.
The fair ended with a raffle draw with a star prize of a Kindle Fire HD6.
A spokesperson said: “It was a wonderful festive fundraising event, thank you to everyone who supported it and to Tesco for donating the rolls for the bacon butties.”
