BURGLARS have stolen more than £1,000 worth of jewellery from a Hampshire home.
The sentimental jewellery was taken during a raid at a home in Oliver’s Battery, Winchester, including an engagement ring and various bracelets.
Much of the items are gold and described as classically designed and recognisable.
The burglary took place between October 16 and October 26 but police have only released the details today.
PC Mike Ahearne from the Northern Investigations Team said: “A lot of jewellery has been taken in this incident. Have you been offered any old-style gold or silver jewellery recently?
