CHARD and Ilminster are set to get wet today as the area is set for showers and rain with sunny intervals.
In their South West summary, Met Office said: "Cloud and patchy rain is likely to affect many areas this morning, but some sunny spells in the far north.
"The brighter conditions then gradually spread southwards through the day, though the odd shower is possible. A breezy day."
The maximum temperature is expected to be around 9°C, before falling to a minimum of 3°C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "A bright and breezy day, with just the odd isolated shower possible. Windy at first, but the wind gradually easing."
The maximum temperature is again expected to reach around 9°C.
