THREE fire crews rushed to Ilminster after reports of a possible gas leak at a commercial premises.
Fire crews from Ilminster, Chard and Taunton and a Hazardous Material Advisor were called at 3.07 am today (March 19) to attend the scene.
On arrival crews identified that there was a small leak at the bottom of a tank containing liquid nitrogen.
Crews used a gas monitor to check for any other leaks and set up a cordon.
Firefighters waited for the on site maintenance team to turn up who isolated the plant and all associated tanks.
