AN ILMINSTER company is preparing to open a brand new shop in the town after growing too big for its current premises.
Bargain Box, is currently based at 18 Silver Street, and will be moving to a larger home round the corner at 26 Silver Street.
The business ceased trading on Friday and launch their new shop on Tuesday (November 14).
Owners, Marie Upshall and Kirsty Woodard, said: “It started as a market stall and has just been one of those processes.
“We didn’t know how well it was going to go but now we are fairly well established so we know what we need to do to expand.
“We haven’t got room for much more here and we want to add more things.”
The pair are also looking to expand their 'we sell for you' section, in which they sell second-hand items and split the profits with the original owner.
To celebrate the launch of their new store, Marie and Kirsty will have 10 per cent off on all purchases, excluding ‘we sell for you’, and everyone that goes into the new shop will be entered into a free prize draw to win a Christmas hamper.
