FURTHER flood alerts have been issued across Somerset as the county continues to feel the effects of a damp Easter weekend.
The Environment Agency has issued a Flood Warning for those along the Washford River in West Somerset from Watchet to Roadwater and Luxborough, which means some flooding is expected.
'Flood alerts' have been issued for much of Taunton, Bridgwater, Burnham, much of the Somerset Levels and parts of South Somerset, meaning residents should be prepared for the risk of flooding.
A road in Bishop's Hull, Taunton, was flooded this morning after the rainfall over the weekend.

In terms of today's weather, Easter Monday will start cloudy with outbreaks of rain, the Met Office said.

"Skies will brighten at times during the day, although further showers are also likely," said a forecaster.
"It will be breezy, although it will become rather warm in any sunshine. Maximum temperature 14C.
"There will be some clear spells overnight, although showers will continue to develop too, some heavy.
"It will stay breezy, albeit frost-free. Minimum temperature 8C."
Tomorrow will see further showers, he added, especially in the morning.
However, plenty of sunshine is also expected, and it will feel rather warm at times, with temperatures reaching 14C.
