TEMPERATURES could soar to as high as 19 degrees Celsius next week as the unseasonal weather appears to be behind us.
Somerset has seen heavy snow, blizzards, heavy rain and floods in recent weeks, but Spring looks set for an overdue arrival.
Today and tomorrow (Friday, April 13) will remain mild dry – albeit cloudy – with highs of around 13 degrees Celsius.

Temperatures will climb to 14 degrees Celsius on Saturday, with the Met Office forecasting sunny intervals which will continue into Sunday – accompanied by light showers.
Monday will see more sunny intervals as temperatures remain at 14 degrees Celsius climbing to 16 degrees Celsius on Tuesday.
The Met Office’s five-day forecast says Wednesday will be full of sunshine, with temperatures set to reach 19 degrees Celsius.
London, however, is set to be hotter than Portugal this weekend but sun worshippers have been told to brace for thunderstorms.
The Met Office said temperatures could soar to 21 degrees Celsius in the capital on Saturday, which will top highs of 17 degrees Celsius forecast for Portugal’s south coast.
