FIRE: Crews were called out to Anders Lane in Otterford
A CARAVAN was destroyed in a fire last night (Sunday, June 17) in a village near Buckland St Mary.
Taunton firefighters were called out to Anders Lane in Otterford at 7.30pm but on arrival much of the caravan was already up in flames.
Crews swiftly managed to douse the flames with two hose reel jets and dampened down the surrounding area - but the caravan could not be salvaged and according to the fire service was '95% destroyed' in the fire.
Police were informed of the incident.
