SAX on the Lawn arrives in West Coker on Saturday, July 11, with an outstanding evening of Jazz and Swing held at Westlake House in support of the NSPCC.

Headlining the event is the Shepton Mallet Big Band, with music from The Shirehorns, and a supporting set from prestigious London DJ Sparky. BBC Doctors actor, Michael Mckell will be on hand hosting the evening and ensuring it goes with a bang.

This first ever open air concert is set within the stunning gardens of Westlake House and will certainly be a night to remember. What better way to spend a balmy summers evening than with friends and family enjoying your own picnic or sampling the delicacies from the Blues Bar and Grill. Eat, drink, and relax to the sounds of Jazz and Swing.

A spokesman said: “We also have some old school entertainment with a Coconut Shy, Duck racing, Quoits, and Boules.”
