Yeovil group bids for cash backing

THE Yeovil Breatheability group is hoping to win the backing of local councillors next week.

The group – which has been set-up for people who suffer with a range of breathing problems – has applied to Yeovil Town Council’s policy, resources and finance committee for a grant of £1,000.

The money is needed to help towards the costs of the group’s insurance and hall hire expenditure.

The council committee meets on Tuesday (Nov 24) to discuss the application.
