TONI Baxter, of Othery, was a Winner at the Pride of Somerset Youth Awards for the way she has turned her life around.
From a troubled start, Toni her transformed fortunes in partnership with Advocacy Somerset, which she joined seven months ago.
With a growing self-confidence, she has become a ‘self-advocate’ and now a peer educator.
She delivers workshops to groups of up to 12 young people and promotes children’s rights and sets and example for personal development through her own journey.
