Combe St Nicholas youngsters get kitted out

MEMBERS of the Under-15s Avishayes Combe Youth Football Club are looking good for the 2012-13 season with a kit sponsored by Sainsbury’s.
The young footballers were delighted with the kit and they helped out with a spot of bag packing to raise money for the Rosie Crane Trust, which Sainsbury’s in Holyrood Street, Chard, has chosen as its charity of the year.
Avishayes Combe, which has teams in all age groups, is looking to recruit new players aged between five and 15 for the season ahead.

The club has launched a dedicated soccer school for children aged from five or six on Sundays from 10.30am to 12noon at Avishayes Primary School in Chard.
