WEATHER: Cold but bright day ahead for Somerset
TODAY'S weather forecast is looking deceivingly bright yet cold.
Although the sun will be out most of the day, temperatures will peak at 13 degrees Celsius at 2pm until returning to single digits tonight.
Despite the cold, no rain should be dampening our spirits.
