IF you've still got any of the old £1 coins, you'd better hurry up to spend them.
Businesses have been told to refuse to accept them from next Monday (October 16) - although Poundland says it will continue taking them until the end of the month.
The round pound will no longer be legal tender, having been replaced by a new 12-sided coin earlier this year.
You will still be able to take the old coins to banks and post offices.
Around 1.2 billion coins have so far been returned, but it is believed there are still 500 million in circulation.
The new £1 was brought out in a bid to beat counterfeiters after claims one in 30 of the old pounds was a fake.
Most businesses have been updating their machines to accept the new coins.
