RECENT cases dealt with by South Somerset Magistrates:
Piotr Krzystof Gawronski, 30, of South Street, Crewkerne, damaged an electricity meter, dishonestly used electricity, possession in public of a lock knife, attempted theft, two counts of theft, community order, 180 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £40 costs. (G)
Jonathon Harris, 20, of Crib Close, Chard, driving without insurance, £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £35 costs, six points; driving without correct licence, no separate penalty. (G)
Carl Lee Hodges, 32, of Cowen Close, Crewkerne, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, community order, £700 compensation. (G).
