TRAFFIC: A broken down vehicle on the A303 has closed one lane
ALL lanes have reopened on the A303 after one had to be closed earlier.
A car had broken down on the road, between the A356 turn-off and the Cartgate roundabout.
There were no delays but traffic was slow.
