CHART-TOPPING British rapper Chipmunk is set to perform at the Westland Leisure Complex in Yeovil tonight.
The 19-year-old Londoner shot to fame last year with a string of top ten hits, including Diamond Rings, Look For Me and the number one smash, Oopsy Daisy.
His debut album, I Am Chipmunk, went platinum on its release in October and he also won Best Hip Hop Act at the MOBO Awards, beating US stars such as Jay-Z, Kanye West and Eminem.
Chipmunk will be playing in Yeovil as part of a nationwide tour, following a performance at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Bangor, North Wales, two weeks ago.
He is also due to be a major fixture on the festival circuit this summer, with appearances lined up at Weston-super-Mare’s T4 On The Beach and the iTunes Festival in London.
