Car damaged in arson attack
ARSONISTS set fire to a car in a South Petherton field yesterday afternoon.
Fire crews from Martock were called to tackle the blaze at Pitway Hill shortly before 4pm.
They used one hose reel jet to douse the flames, which had also spread to two apple trees.
The car suffered 70% damage.
