A YEAR 6 pupil at Minehead Middle School has been struck down with suspected swine flu.
The girl, who has not been tested, is resting up at home and should return to class next week.
School spokesperson Amanda Baker said: “We have been advised to carry on as normal. It would only affect us if we didn’t have enough staff to keep up."
Meanwhile, reports suggest at least three people have also contracted the bug at Hinkley Point power station.
