Homes go-ahead at key site

TAYLOR Wimpey developers have been given planning permission by South Somerset District Council to go-ahead with a large development in Crewkerne.
Proposals for 525 homes, employment uses, a primary school, community facilities, playing fields, parkland and associated roads have been given the go-ahead for land between the A30 Yeovil Road and the A356 Station Road.
The area has been marked as a Key Site for development.
