Appeal for 'good Samaitan' who chased theives

POLICE are appealing for a 'good Samaritan' who gave chase to two handbag thieves to come forward.

At about 10.30am on March 4 a green Harrods bag was stolen from the library in King George Street, Yeovil. A man chased the two suspects and police are trying to trace him as he may have vital information about the theft.

The two suspects were both white men, one was about 5ft 4ins tall, wearing a blue top and blue tracksuit bottoms and white trainers. The second was about 5ft 8ins tall in blue clothing and white trainers. If you have information, call 0845-4567000.
