SOMERSET Women have unveiled their playing shirt for the 2024 season at the Grand Pier in Weston-super-Mare.
The unveiling is part of the Our Region Rises campaign that Somerset is putting on at the moment which will see each of this season’s playing shirts launched at a different landmark.
Brought to you in association with Kukri Sports and Vertu Motors, the Somerset Women’s shirt is once again aligned with Somerset’s Vitality Blast shirt and therefore displays a dynamic sash which links the Vertu Motors branding and the Club crest.
Underneath, a series of angled and dynamic flashes of colour represent six shots played in an over.
The Grand Pier is one of the South West’s most famous tourist attractions, whilst the town itself has played a large role in the history of the Club.
Between 1914 and 1996, Somerset played 191 First Class matches and 23 List A matches at Clarence Park and two List A matches at Devonshire Park.
