SKITTLES: Waggies claim 100% record in Yeovil League


WITH only a few results to come in the Yeovil Skittles League, all the winners and runners up are confirmed.

In Division One, Yellow Wagtail B proudly finished the season with a 100% winning record beating runners-up Doug & Johns Boys 11-1.

Waggies captain John Warman leading his championship-winning side well with a top score of 60.

Division Two winners Halfway Helmets finished their campaign with a 10-2 win away to RAOB B while Westland 'A' made sure of the runners-up spot beating Dirty Rascals 9-3.

In Division Three Eight Stars won the fight to the championship with an 11-1 win over Sex Marines leaving Unstoppables in the runners-up spot.

Division Four runners-up behind Milford Inn are Outpatients who finished the season in great form beating Red Devils 12-0.

Top Individual honour of the week was the 23 “spare” by J.Bugler of Troubleshooters, he took the seasons highest three-ball score in his team’s 11-1 win away to Railway A.
