BOXING: Narrow defeat for Yeovil's Chris

YEOVIL Amateur Boxing Club fighter Chris Ong went down to a narrow defeat in the ring at Blandford on Saturday.

Ong, 15, found himself up against Max Manston, of Blandford, in a 56-kilo bout and it was a terrific encounter.

Both boxers were congratulated by the referee at the end of the bout and Manston got a narrow majority win.
