THIS week’s match of the day in the Yeovil Sports Skittles League was the Division Four battle of the top two, where Incredibles visited Mixstars and recorded a fine 17-pin victory to take a twopoint lead over their victims.

Wessex Plus stay in third place with a comfortable win over Luckless Misfits.

In Division One, Hammers moved to second place with a 25-pin away win over Herky Snerkeys and ODS returned to wining ways with a nine-pin win over Easy Boys to stay five points ahead.

Division Two leaders suffered a shock 50 pin defeat away to Rovers and are now only one point ahead of OOO Unlucky, who won by 90 away to Air United.

Yeovil SCB kept up their challenge with a four-pin away win over Pacemakers.

Division Three leaders FK Rebels were given a very hard game by bottom side Nonedescripts who had lost their ten previous games.

Their gallant effort ended in a six-pin defeat which leaves them staring relegation in the face.

Knights were well beaten by Royal Oak Rejects and are now five points adrift of second-placed RB Legion Sports, who beat Game On by 33.

Division Five leaders Apprentices had a good win over Somerset Sports and are four points ahead of Jesters who won a close game away to Uncle Albert’s Deciples by five pins.
