Wycombe Wanderers 2, Yeovil Town 3: Vital victory for the Glovers

YEOVIL Town moved up to 18th spot in the npower League One table last night following an important 3-2 victory at Wycombe Wanderers.

The Glovers netted all three goals in 14 second-half minutes.

Yeovil had gone into the second period of the game 1-0 down after Stuart Beavon had given fellow strugglers Wycombe a 15th minute lead.

But Andy Williams levelled the scores in the 59th minute and then put Yeovil ahead with his second just eight minutes later.

Kieran Agard put Yeovil 3-1 up in the 73rd minute and although Wycombe pulled one back shortly later through Joel Grant, the Glovers hung on for victory.
