YEOVIL Town boss Gary Johnson has praised backroom staff member Darren Way for his scouting work.
Way has been running his judgement over opposition teams in recent weeks - a spell which has seen Yeovil win four of their last six outings in the npower League One.
And Johnson, speaking to the BBC, said: "He puts together a fantastic team assessment of the opposition.
"Any little thing that he sees, including penalties - it might be a shape, or it might be a certain pattern; it might be crosses, or it might be somebody ducking into a little hole every now and again.
"It doesn't shock us, because we've seen it and we've worked on it and we've looked at it. Darren Way needs a bit of credit there.
"Me and Terry Skiverton look at it and we study it, with Nathan Jones, and between the four of us we put a plan together. At the moment the plans are working."
