YEOVIL Town's youth team enjoyed an 8-2 victory over Torquay United on Saturday at Huish Park in the Youth Alliance Under-18 South West Conference League.
Rob Clowes scored a hat-trick, Adam Wakley and Lloyd Matthews both hit a brace and Johnny Oliver scored too.
In a bad tempered match, the Gulls finished the match with eight men after three players saw red in the last 20 minutes.
Torquay had taken the lead on ten minutes when Yeoman scored but within five minutes, it was the hosts who had the upper hand when Lloyd Matthews, showing he could be sharp and lively in the higher age group, scored twice.
Spear equalised for the Gulls on 24 minutes with a bicycle kick and that was the end of the scoring in the first period.
The second-half saw Torquay's Palmer booked for throwing the ball at an opponent, a move he would regret later in the game.
On 58 minutes, Johnny Oliver scored following a long throw by Sam Ford and three minutes later Robertson was booked for a foul on a Yeovil player as Torquay started to lose discipline.
And Yeovil's official website said: "The last 20 minutes were nothing short of amazing. Rob Clowes made the score 4-2 at which point Torquay's Hemmings was given a straight red for punching Ciaran Levet.
"Sub Adam Wakley made it 5-2 with six minutes to go and Clowes added his second to make it 6-2 before first Robertson and then Palmer received second yellow cards to reduce the Gulls to eight men.
"Amidst all the chaos, the Glovers added two more goals through Clowes (his hat-trick) and Wakley for a convincing victory."
Yeovil Town team: Boore, Ford, Grimstead, Harris, Scott, Gallagher, Sheppard, Oliver, Clowes, Matthews, Levet. Subs: Baggridge, Wakley (for Gallagher 66), Hopkins (for Matthews 76), Elsworth (for Levet 73), Sprake.
