From South Molton, leave the town in an easterly direction on the B3227 towards Bish Mill. At Bish Mill take the right turn opposite The Mill Inn signed to Bishops Nympton and continue on this road to the top of the hill and take the right turn at Silcombe Cross signposted to Bishops Nympton. Continue into the village and take the second left turn into Parsonage Hill. Proceed up the hill and take the left turn into Joey's Field. The property will soon be found on the left.
