DIRECTIONS
From Wellington head in a westerly direction towards Tiverton on the A38 and after approximately 3.5 miles, having passed The Beambridge Inn on your left hand side and reached the top of Whiteball Hill, turn right signposted to Greenham and Appley. Follow the road, passing through the village of Greenham and at Appley Cross turn right to Appley. Just before reaching The Globe pub turn left to Stawley and continue for just under one mile, taking the left turn towards Ashbrittle.
Contine for about 500 yards, cross the stone bridge and take the right fork towards Clayhanger. Follow this road for about 0.75 miles and at Waldron's Cross turn right towards Waterrow. The land will be found on the right after about 400 yards.
