BELSHAZZAR’S Feast are on tour with their celebrated Christmas show and are coming to South Petherton.

The duo mixes traditional folk music, seasonal material, stirring in classical, pop and music hall, all topped off with audience participation and lashings of wry humour.

Paul Sartin (of Bellowhead and Faustus) and Paul Hutchinson (of Hoover The Dog) together stun audiences across the UK, USA and Australia with their eclectic and eccentric mix of tunes and between songs chat that always sends audiences home with smiles on their faces.

Paul Sartin was a member of the multi-BBC Radio 2 Award-winning big band Bellowhead, and is currently in trio Faustus.

Consultant and Director of the Andover Museum Loft Singers, he is author of ‘Community Choirs Collection – Folk’ published by Faber Music; Musical Director of ‘The Transports’ and a BASCA-nominated composer whose commissions include works for the Central School of Speech and Drama, the Choir of Somerville College, Oxford, Streetwise Opera, Aldeburgh Music, and the BBC Radio 4 series ‘Playing the Skyline’.
