A 52-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Heather Jordan.
Police launched an investigation after the 34-year-old's body was discovered in Lyngford Park on Sunday morning (February 18).
Martin Corns, of Denmark Terrace, Taunton appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Court this morning (February 23) charged with her murder.

The incident was deamed too serious to be dealt with by magistrates so Corns has been ordered to appear at Exeter Crown Court on Monday.
He has been remanded in custody.
