IT WILL be a bit cooler across the county today as we take a break from the hot weather.
Temperatures will be around 21 degrees Celsius, dropping to around 16 degrees this evening.
A Met Office spokesman for the South West said: "It will be a largely dry and fine start to the day, with sunny spells. However, the cloud will bubble up to give some showers during the afternoon, locally heavy in places. Feeling much fresher compared to recent days. Maximum temperature
"Any daytime showers will soon ease to leave largely dry night with clear spells. Perhaps the odd isolated shower is still possible. It will be a cooler and fresher night. Minimum temperature 10 °C."
