COURT: Daniel Stone, 30, of Bondfield Way is to stand trial
A CHARD man who allegedly assaulted a woman during an alleged domestic violence incident has been ordered to stand trial in December.
Daniel Stone, 30, of Bondfield Way, appeared before Somerset Magistrates, sitting at Yeovil.
He pleaded not guilty to a charge that on July 15 at Ilminster he assaulted the complainant, thereby causing her actual bodily harm.
A pre-trial review of the case was conducted and the allegation was adjourned until December 17 when Stone was ordered to return for a trial to take place. In the meantime he was released on bail.
