A HIGHBRIDGE sixth form student is looking to the future as she works towards her dream of becoming a neuroscientist.
Sky Chambers, a Year 13 at The King Alfred School Academy, is planning out her career as an expert of the brain and nervous system and is hoping to get a place to study neuroscience at the University of Nottingham.
The sixth form student recently completed work experience placement at Somewhere House rehabilitation centre in Burnham-on-Sea which taught her about of helping others with drug and alcohol addictions through neuroscience.
She said: “I really want to go into a career in neuroscience. The King Alfred School Academy has been really helpful in helping me find my future career.”
