RECENT cases dealt with by Taunton Magistrates' Courts include:
Ricky Alec Stuart Allison, 35, of Ladysmith House, Taunton, damaged a vehicle window, stole a crate of beer, burglary, two counts of attempted burglary, one other offence admitted and taken into consideration, possession of cannabis, community order, £438.75 compensation; drunk and disorderly, failed to surrender to bail, no separate penalty. (G).
Nathan Paul Addicott, 29, of Etsome Terrace, Somerton, drug driving, £30 victim surcharge, £100 costs, 12 months driving ban; possession of cannabis, no separate penalty. (G).
Joe Alexander Richardson, 21, Outer Circle, Taunton, damaged a mobile phone, six months conditional discharge, £132.50 compensation. (G).
