A NEW baby and toddler group has been set up to raise money for charity.
Emileen Clapp and a group of volunteers will be holding the sessions every Monday at the Chard Young People’s Centre from 10am until 1pm.
Admission is £1 per child, with snacks and refreshments available.
Proceeds will be going to the Nayely Adelpha Foundation, which was set up by Ms Clapp after her daughter, Nayely, passed away during her pregnancy.
The group is aimed at children five and under, but older children are welcome.
Ms Clapp said: “Our first session went really well.
“Parents came along with their little ones; we had some older children as well.
“We had a lot of positive feedback and everyone who came said they would be back.
“It was a really good atmosphere and we look forward to seeing everyone again.”
